The Computer Specialist, Inc.has been providing personalized computer services for 15 years in Central Ohio.

All of our technicians have years of experience with small business networking, Virus Removal, Data Transfer and Data Recovery.

We Charge a Flat fee for most of our services no matter how it takes.

This is an onsite service that typically take 2 hours to complete. A Virus attacks every computer in a different way and therefore we can only estimate the time it takes to remove a Virus.

In rare cases the computer will need to be brought back to our facility for a more through cleaning.

This is a service where we retreive data from one computer and install it on another system. This data is usually photos, email and other personal documents.

This type of service is done onsite and on rare occations may need to be done at our facilities.

We provide the design, installation and support of small business networks.

Network design and Installation is typically billed at an hourly rate $65.00 per hour.

Service calls are billed at a flat fee of $135.00 (3 hour maxium)

Saturday and Sunday by special request

We understand the hows computers play a intergral role in our day to day lives and will make every effort to adjust our schedule to yours.

We accept all Types of credit card payments as well as Pay Pal.

Net 30 terms will be given to customers once a relationship has been established.

Flat rate of $135.00 for Virus removal and other general computer problems on one computer.

We charge and Hourly rate of $65.00 per hour for network support and multiple pc repairs.
